Greg grew up outside of Chicago in Mt. Prospect, and later attended nearby Harper College. He then received on-the-job experience through New Horizons Training to become MCSE certified in Systems Administration.
When Greg came to the Denver area for vacation one year, he found himself enamored by Colorado and decided to stay. Other than missing his nieces and the Cubs, he has settled here happily. Greg began working as Network Administrator for a Denver Landscape Architecture firm called Design Workshop. In March 2008, Greg joined MicroSat as the IT Administrator. He undertakes a long list of tasks here - mainly keeping the network working and "putting out fires." His favorite aspects about his job are problem solving and helping others - both of which MSI employees are very grateful.
Greg got married to Melanie on June 1, 2008, and then went to beautiful Maui for their honeymoon. In Maui they enjoyed snorkeling, sightseeing, hiking, delicious food and scenery. The two met two years ago on Match.com, where their interests brought them together. They both enjoy photography, backpacking, gardening, and wine. Greg and Melanie love Colorado wines- they have a collection of at least 50 bottles and go to wine tastings a few times per week.

Greg is an excellent cook, and as of recently, has taken up brewing beer. Mel is an accomplished photographer. She photographs for fun on scenic hikes as well as professionally for the DU Gymnastics team. For her day job, she is a Graphic Designer. Greg and Melanie both spend a lot of time babying their 5 year old mini schnauzer, Wicket. Wicket was also the ring bearer in their recent wedding.
